This page explains what ShelfAudit collects when you read it. The short version: no account, no profile, no advertising tracker following you around afterwards.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to see which pages are read and roughly where readers come from. It sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other sites.
If you give us an email address for price-change notices, it is used for that and nothing else. It is never sold, rented or shared. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address rather than suppressing it.
Affiliate links
Outbound partner links pass through a redirect on this domain before reaching the destination. The destination may set its own cookie to attribute a referral, governed by that company's privacy policy rather than ours. We do not receive your name, email or payment details from any such referral — only whether one occurred. See the affiliate disclosure for the commercial side.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it. The only personal data we are ever likely to hold is an email address you gave us on purpose. Requests go to [email protected].
